A fragrant spiced tomato chutney with garlic, ginger & only a hint of delicious Kashmiri chillies

This spiced chutney is packed full of flavour, not heat.  Using the delicious Bengalese spice combo that is the Panch Phoron (without mustard), slowly simmered away with fruity tomatoes & other ingredients to make a delicious chutney.

Fab addition to your curry night, on a salad, in a sarnie or simply on a cheese board, whatever you use it with you won’t go far wrong with this one.
