She ensures that only the finest Mediterranean lemons earn their place next to her secret blend of spices, resulting in this unique, DELIZIOSA balance between sweet and sour.

Who makes it
Freddie, our Head Smoker, cures and smokes our own meat and fish in the kitchen under the shop floor, in small batches. The results come straight upstairs to the shop.
