This is a fruity chilli sauce with a medium, long tingly heat, and flavours inspired by Kasae and Vincent’s international culinary careers and their love for exploring new countries in the sunshine.
We fermented mango, passion fruit, and lemon with Peruvian aji amarillo chillies and salt for just a few days in the Japanese kosho style, before blending with sweet pineapple juice, zingy Australian lemon myrtle rtle leaf, and just a touch of fiery carolina reaper to keep things interesting
This sauce is delicious with bbq, wings, fish, avo & eggs, or anything that needs some tropical vibes!
