Our whelks are sourced from Norfolk and paired with Poon’s Extraordinary Chilli Oil. The chilli oil is aromatic with the intense flavours of salted black beans.

We are so honoured to be collaborating on this conservas with Amy Poon who revived her family name and gave us a range of award winning sauces to enjoy.
