Our Organic Dulse Flakes are a wonderful vibrant and versatile seaweed, long favoured by the Irish. Famously used as a vegan bacon alternative, Dulse seaweed is a great meat substitute that’s packed with umami (we like to call it “the bacon of the sea”).

• Sprinkle a heaped tsp into curries or saucey dishes.
