‘Korean BBQ sauce inspired glaze. Brush on grilled meats or use in stir-fries, marinades or just for slapping on top a burger. Deep rich flavours of soy, ginger, garlic, brown sugar and proper Korean gochugaru chillies. Add a touch of class to any vegetarian/vegan cooking with our Moo Glaze. Perfect with tofu, grilled mushroom and aubergine. As we use fresh ingredients, you might find ginger fibres/hairs in the product which is perfectly natural.’
