Sea Sisters Smoked Rainbow Trout in Chilli Oil

Gently smoked over oak and preserved in a warm chilli infused extra virgin olive oil resulting in a wonderfully versatile conservas.

This superb fish is delicious with eggs for breakfast or with crackers, cream cheese & pickles. 

All our Conservas are hand made in small batches & lovingly packed in Dorset.

Our craft cannery works with fish, molluscs and milk. This product therefore may contain molluscs and milk. For allergens see ingredients in bold.
