Single Variety Co. Fireflame Chilli Jam

Description

We use Fireflame chillies for this delicious sweet chilli jam. They are a sweet, mild red chilli that we hand prep in house so you get the freshest chilli flavour.

Unlike other chilli jams, which can be bulked out with cheaper tomatoes or red peppers, our Fireflame Chili Jam contains just four ingredients: fireflame chillies, sugar, apple cider vinegar and natural pectin (to set).  This means it’s absolutely full of flavour.  So it’s no surprise it won Gold in the Taste of the West Awards!

It’s great with everything, but we love it especially as a marinade for prawns or chicken.
