This is a deliciously spiced hot sauce balancing the delicate flavours of single-estate coffee and chocolate, with a complex blend of herbs, spices and Mexican chillies.

It’s got a smoky, cosy heat – like sitting a little too close to a bonfire on a cold winter’s eve.

Splash this on anything grilled, stewed, or wrapped in pastry – BBQd meats or veg, chile con carne, pies and sausage rolls.
