Our salami sticks are made from finely ground British pork shoulder, seasoned with cracked black pepper, garlic, and whole fennel seeds for a fragrant, slightly sweet finish. Cured slowly for depth and texture, they’re a simple yet standout snack – perfect for sharing boards, picnics or pairing with a chilled aperitif.
